Weekly Recap 12/05/11 – Stories Relating to Social Media & the Law

Welcome to our weekly recap of stories relating to Social Media and the Law.  This week’s stories cover many issues including free guides for corporate social media policies, Facebook’s settlement with the FTC, microchipped jerseys, guidelines for doctors using social media, cyber-bullying cases, and more.
