One of the core goals of Law2sm is to get the word out on social media legalities. I do that by speaking at various events and providing relevant information to journalists, and online and offline media.
Past audiences include Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, professional associations, college communities (students, faculty, and administration), legal professionals (lawyers and judges), both domestically in the US and abroad.
Specific industries include: Banking and financial, healthcare and medical, higher education, international trade, governments and politicians, marketing and public relations, and more.
Topics include social media and the law 101, social media policies, social media and the employment cycle, e-profssionalism, social media ethics, privacy, managing online risk and security, social media and compliance, the ten myths of social media and the law, being socially legal, digital currencies, etc.
