Too much is too much – we are surrounded by media, information, photos, posts, nudges, texts, etc., etc., etc.  What can we do?  How do we manage it all?  Apps can help us organize all this information and let us find what we need when we need it.  What is your favorite app?  You could try celebrating today by turning off all your devices – but we both know you will just have double the amount to deal with tomorrow.  Another suggestion – unsubscribe from all those newsletters and marketing messages you end up deleting anyway.
